Winter Solstice Sunrise Hike

Join Vicky Derksen for an early morning, two-mile desert hike to welcome the Winter Solstice sunrise and experience the Sonoran Desert awakening on the shortest day of the year. Participants should be age 12 or older with good mobility, as the trail involves an approximately 180-foot cumulative elevation gain over uneven terrain with natural obstacles.
