Mesquite Hollow Trail Loop
The Mesquite Hollow Trail, one of the newest and most praised routes in the Fountain Hills McDowell Mountain Preserve, offers a moderately difficult 4.2-mile hike recognized as a fine example of hand-built trail construction. Participants will follow the Promenade Trail to the Mesquite Hollow Trail, named for a nearly 80-year-old mesquite tree, before returning via the Sonoran Trail.
