Horton Creek

This popular 6-mile, moderately difficult hike follows a shady, flowing creek through the Tonto National Forest to reach the scenic Horton Spring. After enjoying the gradual climb through the forest, the group will head into Payson for lunch before the 80-mile drive back to Fountain Hills.
